Ways I Can Help

Whether you are looking for big changes or targeted modifications, I can provide a fresh perspective, or take on projects that your team doesn’t have the time or expertise to tackle. Let’s bring your marketing to the next level with a customized solution created specifically to help you reach your goals.

  • Every pricing project is customized to the client’s specific needs and goals.

Typically, I will analyze several years of ticket sales data with an eye toward making recommendations for an upcoming season in the following areas:

    • Pricing, including singles and subscriptions

    • Seat maps

    • Price charts across different performances

    • Discounts and dynamic pricing

To kick off the project, I’ll meet with one or more people from your organization to learn more about the current situation, your goals, and current pricing strategy. Based on that conversation, I’ll request the necessary ticket sales data and other material such as current ticket prices, seat maps, etc.

I generally try to leave you all alone after that as I analyze the data, though may be in touch with a few follow up questions. At the end of the project, I can present the findings in a meeting to your team and/or send a report via email. A final report will then be delivered incorporating any desire changes.

Pricing projects typically take 2-4 weeks from the delivery of ticket sales data with costs generally ranging from $1,500-$3,000.

  • There is something special about your organization that makes it stand out from all others. Your brand should communicate that. Whether you need an entire rebranding project or a focused look at how to better use your existing branding in a more consistent and effective way, I can help. With input from your team and a thorough analysis of your community, we’ll discover the best way for your organization to stand out.

While the process varies based on the needs of the client and scope of the project, it often involves meeting with key stakeholders, creating and analyzing the results of a patron survey, and synthesizing findings into a organization positioning statement.

From here, I can recommend tag lines, organizational stock language, and more. If there are changes to the logo or visual identity of the organization, I’d work with a graphic designer to deliver options for your consideration.

Branding projects often include an editorial and visual style guide.

Branding projects typically last several months with prices ranging from $2,500-$10,000 depending on the scope.

  • Audience surveys can be a simple and effective way to learn more about your audience and what they value. Results can guide marketing and communication strategies to help maximize impact. I can help design, administer, and most importantly, analyze and interpret the results and provide specific actionable recommendations.

As with of Kate Brandt Marketing work, audience research projects are completely customized to your specific needs. Survey projects typically take 4-8 weeks and cost $2,500-$5,000.

  • It can be hard to step back from the day to day to see the big picture but having the right plan in place can make all the difference. Make sure your efforts are in line with organizational priorities and goals. I can design an entire marketing strategy tailored to your needs or target specific elements including budgeting, advertising, direct mail, pricing, and digital communications strategy (including social media, email, and website).

Timing and cost vary based on the needs of the client and scope of the project.

  • Making data-driven decisions isn’t just for giant corporations. No matter how much data you have, you can use it to make sure you are making better decisions about who to target and how to best allocate your limited resources. I can help you get the most out of the data you have, whether you are working with simple spreadsheets or a complex CRM, and find ways to gather more. I can help analyze sales patterns, buyer behavior and demographics, marketing campaign effectiveness, and more.

Timing and cost vary depending on the needs of the client and scope of the project.

  • Interim or Fractional Staffing
A gap in marketing leadership presents an opportunity to set up your next marketing leader and your entire organization for success. As an Interim Marketing Director, I can keep marketing projects on track, evaluate current practices, make recommendations, and document processes. Your incoming marketing leader will be ensured a smooth transition with enough time to get fully up-to-speed without worrying about immediate or past-due deadlines.

    Fractional Staffing
Get the expertise of an experienced marketing leader without committing to a full-time salary.

  • Let’s talk! I can probably help, but if not, I’m sure I can point you in the direction of someone who can.
